The BNS is a Non-Profit Organization (NL/FR) according to the Belgian Law. Its by-laws can be downloaded (Dutch, French). The BNS internal rules are also available for download (Dutch, French).
The BNS is governed by its Officers and by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee members are a good representation of the different organizations which are active in the nuclear field, in particular in the Belgian context. Monthly Executive Committee meetings are organized to ensure a high quality program of Evening Lectures and other Activities.
