Thesis Contest

In order to encourage young people to enter the fascinating world of nuclear science, the BNS organizes under the impulse of the Young Generation since 2004 a contest for the best final year's thesis of each academic year. Obviously, the thesis needs to treat a nuclear subject - in the broadest sense of the word.

There are four prices for the contest:

  • 1st price = a bank cheque of 1000 EUR
  • 2nd price = a bank cheque of 350 EUR
  • 3rd price = a bank cheque of 150 EUR
  • Price of the poster session = a bank cheque of 150 EUR

Details for submission of your work can be found in the contest rules (email: yg(@)bnsorg.be)

More info on the BNS-YG Young Generation webpage.

Please note that the deadline for the 2012 edition of the contest is 30th of November 2012 !

If you wish to advertise this contest in your company, university or research institute, you can download the poster in English, in Dutch, or in French.
