Being a member of the BNS allows you to participate to all BNS activities.
In order to become a member, you should meet the requirements as described in the BNS Bylaws (Dutch, French) and send and application to the BNS secretary containing:
- 1) the BNS Membership Application Form (.pdf document of .doc document)
- 2) the BNS Member Identification Form (.pdf document of .doc document)
Take care to fill in all the fields. If you are student, indicate the college or the university where you are studying as "Professional co-ordinates". - 3) Do not forget to name two BNS members supporting your application
Please send also:
- 4) a short CV -> in order to present yourself and, for us, to know a little bit more about you
This will list your academic background and your professional experience related to the nuclear field. - 5) a motivation letter -> in order to know what are your expectetions from BNS
Explain what is motivating your application, what you are expecting from the BNS and what might be your contribution to the BNS.

Your membership application will be presented to the BNS Executive Committee that will decide upon its acceptance. The BNS secretary will notify you about the Committee’s decision and will inform you on the way to pay the annual member fee. In case of acceptance, your data will be immediately incorporated to the BNS members list. People below the age of 36 become automatically member of the BNS Young Generation.
For supporting or sponsoring organizations, institutions, companies, or to become one of them, please contact directly the BNS Secretary.
